Mission Statement
Being American isn’t a citizenship status, it’s a way of life that embraces freedom; the freedom to live and pursue your dreams, and allow others to do the same.
Sadly, our government uses the media to divide us so they can strip us of this freedom. They tell us it’s dem vs rep, black vs white, man vs woman...when in reality, it’s we the people vs the government.
Instead of fighting one another, we need to unify around the constitution, which protects the freedom of all people, regardless of race, sex, or anything else. Our goal here at Misfit Militia Coffee is to promote that unity, starting with unifying around a delicious cup of coffee.
Our Values
Here at Misfit Militia Coffee, we hold fast to the following:
1. The truth of God's word. We hold firm to the Bible as the sole source of truth, inerrant and infallible in all regards. Any thoughts or advice we present will be given from a biblical lens.
2. Liberty. Nobody should be able to stop you from pursuing the path you choose, provided it does not come at the cost of another person's well-being. Nobody should be allowed to take away your means of protecting you and your family. Nobody is entitled to the fruits of your labor.

3. Liberty only works when people are willing to hold themselves accountable and act morally. Laws that strip away the majority's rights based on the actions of the minority are not necessary when people hold themselves accountable.

4. The constitution is not a document that GIVES us rights; it PROTECTS the rights God has already afforded us. The power to amend the constitution was was intended to add rights that the founding father's missed, not allow the government a means by which they can strip your rights away.

5. Being prepared, both with resources and abilities, is a necessity and NOT a luxury. You should be able to protect yourself and your loved ones, and should be able to obtain the things you need to live through a variety of means.

One of the founders of Misfit Militia Coffee, The Mad Chazzler, had this Bible verse on his mind when the business began. We highlight this verse specifically because it gives us the understanding that, even David (a man after God's own heart) valued the reality that God is the one who prepared him for battle.

Just like David, we value the reality that God has enabled us to defend ourselves. While we pray we NEVER have to use a firearm for the purpose of defense, we praise God for allowing us the mental fortitude to do so, should the moment arise. We further praise God for allowing us to live under the constitution, which recognizes and promotes the need to train, in order to effectively defend and protect ourselves.

"Our founding fathers established this country to get away from a tyrannical government. To ensure this would remain, they gave us a constitution and Bill of Rights that outlined the very things their former tyrannical leaders took from them.
​
People often misunderstand this quote to be a call to war with our government, but this is not the case. In the same way that a Biblically-based morality will keep us from becoming corrupt as people, the constitution was meant to keep the governing body from becoming corrupt when governing you, the people. We elect officials that we believe will carry out this purpose.
But as it stands today, our leaders no longer serve this purpose. They line their own pockets, and control what we say and do to maintain power. When we push back on this and make a stand as U.S. citizens under the constitution we have, we find our way back to freedom.
